Relatively easy to assemble but worked with my husband so one of us could hold the pieces in place while the other screwed. Daughter loves it, but keeps hitting her head due to the safety bar. She is 2 but tall and even though we set the base at the middle setting, it’s quite hard for her to squeeze in and out. She loves it though and uses it to sit in the living room now :) it’ll be great to have her help me make Christmas goodies. My only wish is that it came with some type of rubber footing so it doesn’t slide on tile and hardwood.The product seemed fine - instructions were not included but easy enough to assemble following the YouTube instructions. Set it up and thought it was fine, but even before my grandbaby could use it - the seat cracked and not near screws or any place where it could be from stress or misassembly, but right in the middle of the step. Thankfully my child wasn’t on it because it could have been terrible.It looks great and it seems to be sturdy. However it's not as sturdy as it looks. I need to put something at the bottom for my toddler not to move it. It wobbles a lot when I have it in the kitchen, so I had to put rubber pads on the bottom of it so it would stop moving and I would feel that my toddler was safer. other than that, it's great. My kid loves it. She goes up and down whenever she pleases and she it able to "help" when she wants to.Babysit for our 14 month old grandson. Bought this product a month ago. Set it up for our island in Kitchen. Every morning he is brought to us by his parents. After morning hugs, walks right over to the stepstool, climbs up, and digs into morning breakfast of apples and bananas with a drink! Watches his Monka make breakfast and lunches or grabs a snack setup for him throughout the day! Product is perfect!I like that it is made from bamboo. Was very easy to put together. It’s lightweight which is a pro and con, almost worry about it tipping over. The surface is very smooth/slippery was debating on putting some rubber contact on the steps and standing part for my little one.My 15th month old loves this! She climbs on by herself multiple times a day and it’s secure. It’s helped detour her from playing in the cabinets as she prefers to use the stool when in the kitchen now.No screws were provided so we had to purchase our own. Easy to assemble.
