Wanted a simple timer for cooking that we could put on the side of the fridge, set and walk away waiting for the beep. This does not stick to fridge, or microwave, or many other metallic surfaces without sliding down.When the timer does reach zero the beep is so quiet you can only hear it if your a few feet away from it, rendering this pointless for leaving in the kitchen.We did manage to find a surface that it would stick to which had a lip on to stop it sliding, but during the night a loud clatter was heard. Turns out the magnet had come unstuck from the device and it was lying on the floor, magnet still stuck to the surface!!Don't bother with this!!!!!Great product and service.The timer arrived in good time and was adequately packed. I knew it would work well because many years ago I bought he unbranded version from Woolworths. That dates it! The time is easy to use and has a bleep that is loud enough to be heard at a reasonable distance, such as a nearby room. A very handy device.The second of these I have owned which broke after a few months' use. Much prefer a more expensive model I have found since, which isn't so pretty (red, blue and white) but is worth the extra pennies.Just what I wanted. I've tested it, but not actually used it yet. I had a very similar one for years and it has just given up on me. I hope this once lasts as long.
