Pfister Alina 1-Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Side Spray, Stainless Steel Finish - Perfect for Modern Farmhouse & Contemporary Kitchen Sinks

Received this faucet 5 weeks ago. The side sprayer would drip after use. Tried to eliminate optional side sprayer only to discover that the plug that was needed to do so wasn't included with the faucet. I called to order the part and they said they would mail it free of charge. It would take 1-2 weeks. I didn't receive it so I called again. They said they mailed it out 2 days after I called. I gave them the part number again. Then he said it has been on back order for a while and when it comes in they will mail it out free of charge. I wondered how they would have been able to mail it out if it is still on back order. I'll be happy if and when I actually receive it, free of charge. Until then I have to make sure no one uses the side sprayer or it will keep leaking all over the counter.This was purchased to upgrade my kitchen, inexpensively. This looks amazing and I love the handle design. Push forward for all hot water and pull back for cold and anywhere in between for mixing hot/cold, the on/off position is to the right so you can leave the temperature position in the same place while turning it on/off. I really love this. I also had the option to use the included base that covers a 3 hole sink, I chose to use the single hole and use the other holes for the sprayer and my water filter faucet. I am very pleased with the quality and design.Very diappointed in the customer service this store has provided. I was provided a facuet with a missing part and have to pay the return shipping? Also, the sprayer is PLASTIC - parts and sprayer itself. It is so flimsy and light weight it looks like it will fall apart in a day. The price is what it is for a reason - my advice is to look into something else.Great. for the price. It did not come with two of the hoses needed, so paid an additional $14 at ACE Hardware. This was for a replacement for one I had in my new home that I really didn't care for. The hoses on the old one were not able to be removed without doing damage. It also worked with my PUR water filter. It looks very nice.Heads up to people: I don't think the picture accurately describes the finish on this product.It looks OK. The faucet appears to be sturdy. It is very large and it isn't exactly sleek. The sprayer has a black plastic part in the middle- unicolor would have looked better.Thought it was chrome but its nice looking easy to installThis kitchen faucet w/Side Spray looks beautiful in my kitchen! The whole sink looks new with just this inexpensive change. The faucet I had was only about 5years old, but it was in a Bisque color and within a year it began to chip, crack and and just made the whole sink area look terrible. I'm very pleased with the high goose neck and brushed nickel, too!Works fine it doesn't however look like an expensive faucet more like a just an above average quality which was a little disappointing.
