Preparation Start with clean, dry nails. Remove any existing nail polish and shape your nails using a nail file. Push back your cuticles gently.
Apply Base Coat Apply a thin layer of base coat to protect your nails and help the polish adhere better. Allow it to dry completely.
Apply the Base Color For a traditional French manicure, apply a sheer or pinkish nude polish as the base color. This will give your nails a natural look. Apply one or two coats as needed for opacity and let it dry completely.
Nail Tip Guides If you're not confident in your freehand skills, you can use nail tip guides. Place the guides at the edge of your nails, leaving only the tips exposed. Apply white polish to the exposed nail tips, then carefully remove the guides before the polish dries completely.
Apply Topcoat Once the white tips are completely dry, apply a topcoat over the entire nail to seal the design and add shine. Allow it to dry thoroughly.
