We had the same experience as Beverly with the dispenser getting rusted and also eventually leaking around the nozzle. The replacement became clogged and no longer pumps soap. Disappointed at the quality considering the cost.Beverly, did you find a better but similar replacement?For the price and the supposed reputation of Rohl, this soap dispenser was horrible, other than looking good. After one year it rusted so severely that it broke. Well past the return period. What is my recourse Rohl?This dispenser delivers rust with the soap. It looks great and is good quality but there is a problem with the mechanism inside the pump for it gets rusty. I returned the first one and was encouraged to try again and the same thing is happening.I will have to find another soap dispenser and I appreciate that Amazon stands by their products and gave me a "no hassle" return.Horrible product. The pump keeps getting stuck. At $140 you would think this is a long lasting product. not!
